Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team to determine if it is possible.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your Central Locking Tester, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from the refund.
Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling. We also do not offer refunds for products that have been altered or modified in any way.
